By submitting registration, the following is understood:
(1) advance payment in full is required;
(2) company representatives will be present in the booth during all "open" hours;
(3) exhibits will be dismantled no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13th.
(4) exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mississippi Library Association from any cause whatsoever.
After you have registered online, an invoice will be sent via e-mail, and you may pay online with a credit card or send your check to the MLA Office within 14 days of registration to the address below:

Vendor Registration will be $300 if paid on or before June 1, 2022; $350 if paid on or before August 1, 2022; and, $400 until the close of registration. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2022. If you need to cancel your registration, please contactMatt Gully.
If additional representatives from your company will be attending the conference, you may add them as guests on the registration page.
