MLA Annual Conference 2015 - Vendor

By submitting registration, the following is understood:
(1) advance payment in full is required;
(2) company representatives will be present in the booth during all "open" hours;
(3) exhibits will be dismantled no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22nd.
(4) exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mississippi Library Association from any cause whatsoever.

After you have registered online, an invoice will be sent via e-mail, and you may pay online with a credit card or send your check to the MLA Office within 14 days of registration to the address below:

Vendor Registration will be $400 if paid on or before July 15, 2015; $450 if paid on or before August 15, 2015; and, $500 if on or before September 30, 2015. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2015. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Jenniffer Stephenson.

If additional representatives from your company will be attending the conference, you may add them as guests on the registration page.
