Program and Poster Proposals

Are you working on an interesting research project? Have you gained insight into programming that you would like to share with your colleagues? 

Employees from all types of libraries and MLIS students are encouraged to apply. Submissions will be evaluated and selected by a committee.

Selected entries will be expected to present a 50 minute program in-person at the 2024 MLA Conference in Natchez, MS.

Selected entries will be expected to present a 32" x 40" poster and conduct a 10 minute lightning talk in-person at the 2024 MLA Conference in Natchez, MS.

If your committee, section, roundtable, or group intends to hold a meeting for its members during conference and you need a meeting space reserved, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/38UbBHD9sxrSR9sp8. Meetings should not exceed 50 minutes. The conference will be held at the Natchez Convention Center in Natchez, MS.

Please submit all forms no later than June 30th.
