By submitting registration, the following is understood:
(1) advance payment in full is required;
(2) company representatives will be present in the booth during all "open" hours;
(3) exhibits will be dismantled no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12th.
(4) exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mississippi Library Association from any cause whatsoever.
After you have registered online, an invoice will be sent
via e-mail, and you may pay online with a credit card or send your check
to the MLA Office within 14 days of registration to the address below:

Vendor Registration will be $350 if paid
by August 31, 2023 and $450 from September 1, 2023 until the close of
registration. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2023. If you

If additional representatives from your
company will be attending the conference, you may add them as guests on
the registration page.

you plan to attend other conference events, please note the additional
costs for ticketed events when registration for participants opens in
