2019 Mississippi Library Association Conference - Exhibits and Vendors

The Mississippi Library Association will be hosting its annual conference on October 23-25, 2019 at The Westin in Jackson, MS. We want to invite you to join us in celebrating the diversity of the Mississippi Library Association.

This year registration is online only! You can still print your invoice from our online system and mail a check but initial registration must be done online.

The exhibit hall will be open on Wednesday from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm and from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Thursday. Space is very limited this year so please book early. More information regarding booth size will be made available as we finalize layout of our vendor space. Please see the attached pricing form for pricing tiers and sponsorship opportunities.

By submitting registration, the following is understood:

• advance payment in full is required;
• company representatives will be present in the booth during all "open" hours;
• exhibits will be dismantled no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24th.
• exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mississippi Library Association from any cause whatsoever.

After you have registered online, an invoice will be sent via e-mail, and you may pay online with a credit card or send your check to the MLA Office within 14 days of registration to the address below:
