2020 Mississippi Library Association Conference - Exhibits and Vendors

The Mississippi Library Association will be hosting its annual conference on October 13-16, 2020 online.

The virtual exhibit hall will be open Tuesday, October 13 - Friday, October 16. While visitors may access your exhibit at any time throughout the conference, you may want to have a physical presence during the active conference proceedings from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST.

This year registration is online only! You can still print your invoice from our online system and mail a check but initial registration must be done online. If you would also like to be a 2020 Conference Sponsor, please use the Sponsor Registration form.

When registering, please input the representative's name who will be participating in the event.  

Advertising in Conference (Optional)

• Package 1: $300.00  Banner on conference web page and mobile app, linked logo on the side of all conference pages and  logo posted on MLA Social Media platforms October 13^th and October 16^th.   
• Package 2: $150.00 Banner on conference web page only, linked logo on the side of conference web pages, logo posted on MLA social media October 13^th only.                                                              

By submitting registration, the following is understood:

• advance payment in full is required;
• company representatives will be present in the booth during all "open" hours;
• exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mississippi Library Association from any cause whatsoever.

After you have registered online, an invoice will be sent via e-mail, and you may pay online with a credit card or send your check to the MLA Office within 14 days of registration to the address below:
